Our Story
It all started with a swipe—yes, we met on a dating app! Neither of us knew what to expect when we downloaded it, but I think it’s safe to say we’re both pretty glad we did. After matching, we started texting non-stop, and eventually, we began to FaceTime every night. I knew after a few days that there was something special between us.

Our first date was at Clinton St. Bakery, and I remember feeling a little nervous waiting for her to arrive. When she walked in, I thought about how lucky I was to be on a date with such a beautiful girl. As soon as we started talking, those nerves disappeared. It was just like all our conversations over the phone—easy and comforting.

After our meal, we spent the day exploring New York City. We strolled through Central Park, tried all the different pizza slices the city had to offer, and eventually went to our first Broadway musical. As the day went on, it became clear to me that this was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. She was everything I had ever imagined and so much more.

I couldn't wait to see her again, and I prayed that one day I would be able to call her my wife. Fast forward three years later, after so many highs and a few lows, we're about to get married! :)
